These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Fin4Sight website and platform. By accessing or using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service. Fin4Sight provides cloud AI agents and related products for ERP finance operations, together with this website. Features shown in demos and marketing materials are illustrative and may change as the product evolves.

Acceptable use. You agree to use the website and platform lawfully, not to disrupt them or attempt to gain unauthorized access, and not to use them to infringe the rights of others.

Accounts and access. Access to the platform is provided under a separate written agreement with each customer. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials issued to you and for activity under your account.

Customer data. Where Fin4Sight processes a customer's ERP or finance data, it does so as a processor under that customer's instructions and the applicable data processing agreement, which governs in case of conflict with these terms.

Intellectual property. The website, platform, and their content are owned by Fin4Sight or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you no ownership of them.

Disclaimers. The website is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fin4Sight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

Third-party marks. Fin4Sight is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by SAP SE or any other ERP vendor. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
